RED BULL is a drink which is sold by RED BULL, GmbH, Austria. It is the brand name of the drink, which originated in Thailand and was adjusted to suit the European (Austrian ) palate. According to the manufacturers , RED BULL is aimed at people wanting to combat mental and physical fatigue.
A 250 ml (8.3 fl.oz) can contains: 21.5 SUCROSE; 5.25 GLUCOSE; 50 mg of INOSITOL; 1000 mg of TAURINE; 600 mg of GLUCURONOLACTONE ; 20 mg of NIACIN; 5 mg of VITAMIN B6; 5 mg of PANTOTHENIC ACID; 0.005 mg of VITAMIN B12; 80 mg CAFFEINE. Sugar free RED BULL has no SUCROSE or GLUCOSE, and has ASPARTAME and ACESULFAME POTASSIUM instead.
A 250 ml can of RED BULL has about the same amount of CAFFEINE as one would find in a250 ml of coffee –about double what you would consume if you had a 330 ml can of COKE. RED BULL is a controversial product.”] SOURCE: Medical News TODAY.

People who drink alcohol mixed with energy drinks can double their chances of being hurt or injured after drinking needing medical attention and travelling with a drunk driver, according to new US research.
Australian Drug Foundation (ADF) CEO John Rogerson said :”People need to consider the risks involved in consuming these drinks. The research suggests you are more likely to end up in hospital or be assaulted if you drink these products. “Combining alcohol and energy drinks is just plain dangerous . People might think they are drinking alcoholic energy drinks responsibly, but if they choose to then drive they are at particular risk , because they may feel more sober than they really are”. In most cases, the caffeine content in alcoholic energy drinks is far greater than non- alcoholic energy drinks. In table below shows the caffeine content per serving size of some popular alcoholic energy drinks* and soft drinks: Beverage (250 ml) – Caffeine content:
Coca –Cola – 48,75 mg;
Elevate * - 96, 6 mg;
